香港陶瓷鍍膜：如何做到真正耐用

香港的高溫、濕度、海風鹽分與粉塵，幾個月就可以磨掉一層廉價鍍膜。以下說明我們如何施工，讓鍍膜真正耐用。

為何前期準備與施工流程如此重要
鍍膜的耐久度取決於它所依附的表面。在污染、油膜或瑕疵上直接鍍膜，只會把旋紋與水漬封住，同時削弱附著力。我們會先把漆面清乾淨、需要時做校正，讓鍍膜結合在乾淨的透明漆上。這樣才有真正清澈的光澤、緊密的撥水表現，以及可以信賴的耐久度。
香港環境的特殊挑戰
香港對車漆相當嚴苛：高溫與濕度容易形成水漬，海風帶來鹽分薄膜，颱風雨與城市粉塵不斷覆蓋漆面，狹窄泊位亦容易造成微細刮痕。要在本地取得長效表現，產品本身要耐得住這種氣候，施工前漆面要徹底清乾淨，之後也要持續正確保養，否則礦物與鹽分會慢慢侵蝕效能。
在店的一天
- 檢查與報價：我們會和你一起看漆面，確認狀況與價錢之後才開工。
- 車留在店：大部分時間用在漆面準備，CQ.UK 之後需要 24 小時固化，這一步不會為了趕出車而縮短。
- 交車與保養說明：完工以 WhatsApp 通知，交車時交代頭 24 小時要注意什麼，以及日後應該怎樣洗車。
選購時值得問的問題
- 會不會先看車才報價？連漆面都不看就開價，通常代表不會做前期準備。
- 需要留車多久？「幾個小時搞定」等於固化時間被省掉。
- 玻璃與輪圈用哪一款產品？一瓶通用鍍膜不可能同時應付雨刮摩擦與煞車高溫。
- 報價是否包含漆面校正？鍍膜不會遮瑕，只會把瑕疵封住。
- 之後應該怎樣保養？答不出保養方式的，通常也不會在意耐久度。
鍍膜之後的保養
頭 24 小時保持乾燥，不要沾水。之後以中性洗車液手洗，避免毛刷式機洗與強鹼清潔劑，這兩樣可以在幾次之內把鍍膜洗掉。日常保養做得好，鍍膜的壽命以年計，而不是以月計。
鍍膜迷思與真相
- 「10H／12H 硬度」屬市場話術。鉛筆硬度最高只到 9H。真正耐久度取決於前期準備、正確施工與後期保養。
- 陶瓷鍍膜並非防刮或防飛石；高衝擊位置請配合貼 PPF。
- 仍然需要定期洗車；鍍膜只是令清潔更容易，而非免洗。
- 一種產品不可能兼顧所有表面；車漆、玻璃、輪圈需要專屬配方。
- 鍍膜不會遮蓋瑕疵。去瑕矯正靠的是漆面校正。

Hong Kong is hard on paint. Heat, humidity, salt air and dust will strip a cheap coating in months. Here’s how we do it so it actually lasts.
The short version
- Getting the paint ready first is what decides how long a coating lasts.
- Paint, glass and wheels each get the CarPro coating made for them, not one bottle for everything. CQ.UK goes on the paint.
- It needs 24 hours to cure afterwards, and we explain how to wash it from then on.
Prep matters more than the bottle
A coating only sticks to clean paint. If you put it over dirt, wax or swirl marks, you seal those in, and it won’t last. We clean the paint and correct it if it needs it, so the coating bonds to bare clear coat.
Why Hong Kong is tough on coatings
Water spots bake on in the heat. Sea air leaves salt. Typhoon rain and city dust keep landing on the car. Tight parking adds light scratches. So the product has to survive this climate, the paint has to be properly clean before anything goes on, and you still have to wash the car properly afterwards.

- The car stays with us. Most of the time goes into preparing the paint, and CQ.UK then needs 24 hours to cure. We don’t cut that short to get the car out.

Questions worth asking
- Will they look at the car before quoting? A price without seeing the paint usually means no prep.
- How long do they need the car? “Done in a few hours” means the cure time got skipped.
- What goes on the glass and wheels? One bottle can’t handle both wiper friction and brake heat.
- Is correction included in the price? Coating doesn’t hide swirls; it locks them in.
- What do they tell you about washing it afterwards? If they can’t answer that, they aren’t thinking about durability.
Looking after it
Keep it dry for the first 24 hours. After that, hand wash with a neutral shampoo and stay out of brush tunnels. Harsh alkaline cleaners and spinning brushes will strip a coating in a few visits. Wash it properly and you measure the life in years, not months.
Myths
- “10H” or “12H” hardness is marketing. The pencil scale stops at 9H. What lasts is prep, application and how you wash it.
- Ceramic coating is not stone-chip protection. Use PPF on the front if that’s the worry.
- You still have to wash the car. Coating just makes it easier.
- One product can’t cover paint, glass and wheels. Each needs its own.
- Coating doesn’t hide defects. Polishing does.
