Heat, humidity, salt air and city dust will strip a cheap coating in months. We use CarPro CQ.UK 3.0, and we keep the car for a full 24-hour cure before handover. Washes get easier and the paint looks deeper. It is not stone-chip protection, and you still have to wash the car.

What changes after coating

鍍膜不代表不用洗車。它改變的是洗車的難度，以及漆面撐得多久。以下是日常用車會實際感覺到的分別。

A coating does not mean you stop washing the car. What it changes is how hard the car is to wash, and how long the paint holds its condition. This is what you actually notice day to day.

Dirt stops keying into the paint. Most of it rinses off instead of needing to be scrubbed, and every scrub you avoid is one less chance to put swirl marks back in.

    Inspection, and the price confirmed

    我們會與你一起看一遍漆面，說明哪些位置可以改善、哪些不能。價錢與時間在開工前講清楚。

    We look the paint over with you and say what can be improved and what cannot. Price and timing are agreed before any work starts.

    車子留在店內

    The car stays with us

    CQ.UK 需要 24 小時固化，所以這不是兩小時速成鍍膜。固化期間車子不能淋水，因此要留在店內過夜。

    CQ.UK needs 24 hours to cure, so this is not a two-hour coating. It can't get wet while it cures, which is why the car stays with us overnight.

    交車與保養說明

    Handover and aftercare

    完工會 WhatsApp 通知。交車後 24 小時請保持乾燥，之後以 Nitro × CarPro 手洗 保養，鍍膜才守得住。

    We WhatsApp you when it's ready. Keep it dry for 24 hours after handover, then maintain it with the Nitro × CarPro hand wash so the coating holds up.

Everything is done by hand. Brush tunnels and automatic washes are where swirl marks start, and a coating only seals them in.

FAQs

新車往往已帶有運輸期的落塵，以及車行洗車造成的旋紋。鍍膜會把現有的漆面狀態封住，因此我們通常會先處理漆面再鍍。若想防碎石，可先為前臉做 PPF，然後在膜與其餘車漆上鍍膜。
New cars often arrive with rail dust and dealer-wash swirls. A coating seals in whatever is already there, so we usually correct the paint first. For stone chips, do PPF on the front, then coat the film and the rest of the paint.
可以。PPF 負責承受石擊，鍍膜則讓貼膜與未貼膜的部分一樣容易清洗。玻璃與輪圈不在 PPF 的覆蓋範圍內，仍然建議鍍膜。
Yes. PPF takes the hits; coating makes the film and the unwrapped paint wash the same. Glass and wheels are not covered by PPF.
鉛筆硬度最高只到 9H，更高的數字屬於宣傳用語。真正決定耐久度的是施工品質與日後的洗車方式。詳見 硬度文章。
The pencil scale stops at 9H. Anything higher is marketing. What lasts is prep, application and how you wash it. Read the hardness note.
